Mithilanchal was not created in a corporate office or backed by big investments. It was built from the ground up through years of dedication, learning, failures, sacrifices, and relentless determination.
Born in a humble farming family in Bihar, the journey started with very limited resources but unlimited dreams. From childhood itself, there was always a hunger to learn faster, do better, and move ahead in life. Education was valued deeply, even when circumstances made it difficult to continue studies smoothly.
There were times when managing even basic monthly expenses became a challenge. Yet, instead of giving up, every obstacle became motivation to work harder. Small rented rooms, long study hours, financial pressure, and uncertain days became a part of everyday life. Alongside studies, responsibilities towards family and work also started early.
The Move to Surat
The move to Surat opened a completely new chapter. With no shortcuts and no support system, the journey began with small jobs, delivery work, operational tasks, and learning computer work simply by observing others. There were days spent walking from market to market, carrying responsibilities far bigger than age or experience.
Learning Every Day
What made the difference was the mindset learning every single day.Without formal guidance, skills were developed through observation, practice, and hard work. Nights were spent practicing work after everyone slept, and mornings started again with the same dedication. Slowly, opportunities started turning into experience, and experience turned into confidence.

Over time, small responsibilities became bigger roles. Managing operations, handling clients, building teams, understanding markets, and solving business challenges became part of the journey. Every setback taught valuable lessons. Every failure created stronger determination.
The Hardest Tests of Life
Life also tested the journey personally and financially. There were moments when businesses failed, partnerships broke, debts increased, and survival itself became difficult. There were times when personal belongings and family jewellery had to be sold just to keep moving forward and honour commitments. But one thing never changed the decision to never stop.
